XII. ACCEPTABLE USE & FAIR PLAY POLICY
Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all users. This Acceptable Use & Fair Play Policy (“Policy”) outlines rules and expectations for conduct on the Vamble Platform.
1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may NOT:
- Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate Contest outcomes (including cheating, collusion, or use of unauthorized software or bots).
- Engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes for unfair advantage.
- Use the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime.
2. FAIR PLAY COMMITMENT
- All Contests must be played honestly and in the spirit of fair competition.
- Users must not collude, share accounts, or otherwise seek to manipulate results.
- All gameplay must comply with the rules of the respective game and Vamble’s additional requirements.
3. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Users are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct, cheating, or violations of this Policy through the Platform’s reporting mechanisms (where available) or directly to support.
4. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES
Vamble may suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account, and may take other enforcement action, if a User violates this Policy or any Terms.
Contest outcomes may be Canceled, Voided, reversed, or otherwise adjusted if obtained in violation of these rules or through cheating, collusion, manipulation, or other prohibited conduct. Any User seeking to contest an enforcement-related outcome adjustment must follow Section XIII. (Dispute Resolution Policy), and such disputes remain subject to the evidence requirements, timelines, and finality provisions set forth therein.
5. UPDATES
Vamble may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
