XV. AGE & JURISDICTION VERIFICATION POLICY

Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) strictly enforces age and jurisdictional eligibility for all Users as required by law and Platform policy. This policy outlines our approach to verification and compliance.

1. AGE VERIFICATION

All Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Age is verified during account creation through User-provided data and, where required, official documentation (e.g., government-issued ID).

2. JURISDICTION VERIFICATION

Vamble uses IP geolocation and documentation to verify Users’ locations. Users from prohibited jurisdictions (e.g., certain US states or countries, or those subject to sanctions) will be denied access to the Platform.

3. ONGOING MONITORING

Vamble may perform random audits and request updated documentation at any time. Users must notify Vamble of any changes to their residence or jurisdiction.

If you are found to have misrepresented your age or jurisdiction, your account may be closed and any Winnings or Incentives may be voided, forfeited, or surrendered to the extent permitted by law.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding age and legal eligibility to participate.

5. UPDATES

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
