X. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) & KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) POLICY
1. PURPOSE AND COMMITMENT
Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance in all jurisdictions in which we operate. Our procedures are designed to prevent the use of the Vamble Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.
2. USER VERIFICATION (KYC)
All users must verify their identity and age prior to accessing the Platform. Verification includes government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and additional documentation as required.
Vamble may use third-party vendors for document and facial recognition and may conduct Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”)/sanctions screening.
3. MONITORING AND REPORTING
Vamble monitors all transactions for suspicious activity, including unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, rapid movements of funds, or red flag behaviors.
Any suspicious transactions are investigated and, where appropriate, reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
Vamble retains User identification and transaction records for at least the minimum period required by applicable law in each relevant jurisdiction, and longer where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
4. SANCTIONS & PROHIBITED JURISDICTIONS
Vamble does not permit access or registration from individuals or entities located in sanctioned or embargoed countries or on government watchlists (including OFAC, EU, UK, UN, etc.).
Users are responsible for ensuring they are not prohibited by their local law. Where required, we will block or freeze accounts and report to relevant authorities if we determine that a user or transaction is subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate, truthful information and comply with all requests for documentation.
Users are prohibited from using Vamble for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
6. TRAINING AND UPDATES
Vamble staff receive regular AML/KYC training.
Our policy and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect current laws and best practices.
