XXI. VAMBLE CCPA/CPRA ADDENDUM (CALIFORNIA PRIVACY)
This addendum applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. YOUR RIGHTS
California residents may have the right to:
- Know the categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share
- Access, correct, or delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Opt out of the sale of personal information and the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

3. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE (CALIFORNIA CPRA)
This Notice applies only to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy and the Vamble CCPA/CPRA Addendum.
3.1 Summary
Vamble may offer certain programs that provide benefits to Users, such as Promotional Credits, Perks, fee waivers, bonuses, referral incentives, or other rewards or benefits (collectively, “Incentive Programs”). Some Incentive Programs may be considered “financial incentives” or “price or service differences” under California law because they may be offered in connection with personal information (for example, account identifiers, contact information, referral details, participation records, or similar data).
3.2 Material Terms
The material terms of each Incentive Program (including eligibility, how to earn benefits, how benefits may be used, restrictions, expiration, forfeiture, and termination) are described in the Terms (including the Incentives Terms and any Promotion-specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer). Vamble may change, suspend, or terminate any Incentive Program as described in the Terms, subject to applicable law.
3.3 Categories of Personal Information Implicated
Depending on the Incentive Program, Vamble may collect, use, or associate the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, username/Handle), internet or network activity (such as app interactions), commercial/transactional information (such as Incentive usage history), and inferences related to participation or engagement. Vamble does not require participation in Incentive Programs as a condition of using the Platform unless expressly stated for a specific feature.
3.4 How to Opt In; How to Withdraw
You opt in by enrolling in, accepting, or using the applicable Incentive Program (including by accepting Promotion-specific terms where presented). You may withdraw from an Incentive Program at any time by discontinuing participation and/or by contacting privacy@vamble.com or support@vamble.com. Withdrawing may result in loss of Incentive Program benefits, including forfeiture of unredeemed Promotional Credits or Perks, as permitted under the Incentives Terms and applicable law.
3.5 Non-Discrimination
Vamble will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your CPRA rights. However, if you withdraw from an Incentive Program, you may no longer receive the benefits offered under that program.
3.6 Value of the Incentive
The value of Incentive Program benefits is reasonably related to Vamble’s costs of offering, administering, and funding the program and/or the value provided by the program to Users (including operational costs, fraud prevention and compliance costs, and program funding costs). Vamble does not assign a single universal cash value to all Incentive Programs because benefits vary by program and use case.
