XXII. VAMBLE GDPR / UK GDPR DATA PROTECTION ADDENDUM (EEA/UK/SWITZERLAND)

For users located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this Addendum applies in addition to the Privacy Policy:

Vamble, Inc. is the controller for personal data processed under the Privacy Policy.

2. Lawful Bases

Consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and/or legitimate interests (as applicable).

3. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent (see the Privacy Policy for details and how to exercise).

4. International Transfers

Transfers may occur and are safeguarded using appropriate mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
