VII. PRIZE TERMS

1. SCOPE OF PRIZE TERMS

These Prize Terms govern all Prizes awarded based on skill-based Contests, tournaments, leaderboard placements, influencer-hosted matches, or other competitive events on the Vamble Platform. Prizes are distinct from Incentives and are governed separately.

2. DEFINITION OF PRIZE

A “Prize” means any award, cash, trophy, merchandise, digital asset, or other item of value, granted solely based on the outcome of a skill-based competition on the Vamble Platform.

Prizes are not Incentives and are not subject to the Incentives Terms.

Prizes are not part of any Stake and are awarded separately from Contest Settlement, unless Vamble expressly designates a cash Prize as a Wallet credit in writing.

3. PRIZE OWNERSHIP & WITHDRAWAL

  1. Cash Prizes are withdrawable.
  2. Merchandise or trophy Prizes become the property of the winner once delivered.
  3. Digital Prizes will be delivered to the winner's account.
  4. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
  5. Prize fulfillment may require identity verification or completion of tax forms.

3.1 Non-Transferability Prior to Delivery

Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable prior to delivery or crediting. Vamble may require identity verification and eligibility confirmation before awarding or delivering any Prize. Any attempted assignment, transfer, sale, or exchange of a Prize prior to delivery may result in forfeiture.

4. TAXES & REPORTING

Prizes may be subject to tax reporting requirements and Vamble may issue IRS Form 1099 (including 1099-MISC or other applicable variants) or other required forms, as applicable. Winners are responsible for all tax obligations unless otherwise specified.

5. ELIGIBILITY

Only users who meet verification, jurisdiction, age, and compliance requirements may receive Prizes.

6. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

Vamble may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary for legal, logistical, or operational reasons.

7. PRIZE FORFEITURE

Prizes may be surrendered if:

  • eligibility requirements are not met,
  • the User violates Terms & Conditions,
  • fraud or collusion is detected.
