VIII. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS TERMS

1. SCOPE

These Promotional Programs Terms govern all Promotions, meaning limited-time, discretionary campaigns through which Vamble may distribute Incentives to users.

Promotions do not define Incentives; they are merely mechanisms for distributing them.

2. PROMOTIONAL DISCRETION

Vamble may introduce, modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Promotion at any time. Users are not entitled to ongoing, matching, or equivalent Promotions.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction, verification status, age, User segment, account standing, or compliance requirements.

4. ENTRY PURCHASERS

Entry purchasers may participate in Promotions if they meet applicable eligibility requirements. Entry does not guarantee, restrict, or otherwise affect a User’s eligibility to participate in or receive future Promotions.

5. NO RETROACTIVE BENEFIT MATCHING

Users are not entitled to receive Incentives given in past Promotions.

6. NO REFUNDS

Changes to Promotions, including reductions, expirations, substitutions, or cancellations, do not entitle users to refunds, credits, compensation, or substitute benefits.

7. FRAUD, ABUSE & ERROR CORRECTION

Vamble may cancel or reclaim Promotion-distributed Incentives in cases of:

1. misuse
2. circumvention
3. multi-accounting
4. fraud
5. error
6. regulatory requirement

8. NOTICES

Vamble may notify Users of Promotions or updates through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means.
