XIV. RESPONSIBLE PLATFORM USE AND GAMING POLICY
Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to promoting safe, legal, and responsible use of the Platform and participation in skill-based Contests. This Responsible Gaming Policy outlines our commitment to player wellbeing and provides resources and guidance for maintaining control over Platform activity.
1. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Participation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Vamble uses age and identity verification to prevent underage use.
2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Users are encouraged to set limits for themselves and to Stake only amounts they can afford to lose.
Participation in skill-based Contests is for entertainment purposes and should not be considered a source of income.
3. WARNING SIGNS OF PROBLEMS GAMING OR WAGERING
- Neglecting responsibilities or relationships
- Chasing losses or wagering more than intended
- Concealing gameplay or finances from others
- Emotional distress from gameplay or wagering outcomes
4. TOOLS & SUPPORT
Vamble may provide tools to help users manage their activity, such as Stake limits, timeout periods, and self-exclusion options.
Users seeking help are encouraged to access external resources, such as local or national problem-gambling helplines. Users may also submit a help request by contacting our Responsible Use Team at problemgambling@vamble.com.
If you or someone you know is struggling with a gambling problem, help is available. One such example is, The National Council on Problem Gambling (“NCPG”; https://www.ncpgambling.org/help-treatment/). NCPG provides a range of resources, including answers to commonly asked questions, a gambling behavior self-assessment, information about treatment, and the National Problem Gambling Helpline™ (1-800-522-4700) to help connect you with local resources.
5. SUPPORT FOR VULNERABLE USERS
Vamble may intervene if there is reason to believe that a user is experiencing a problem with gameplay or wagering behavior. We may, in our discretion, suggest or impose limits, suspend access to wagering features, or offer self-exclusion tools. Nothing in this Policy creates a duty for Vamble to monitor or prevent individual gameplay, wagering, or Platform use decisions.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
