XVII. SANCTIONS & EXPORT CONTROL STATEMENT
Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) complies with all applicable international sanctions, export control laws. This statement outlines our commitments and User obligations in this area.
1. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES & REGIONS
Vamble prohibits registration or use of the Platform by persons or entities located in countries or regions subject to U.S., EU, UK, UN, or other international sanctions or embargoes (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Crimea, Syria, etc.).
Vamble uses geolocation, sanctions lists, and KYC procedures to identify restricted users.
2. DESIGNATED PERSONS
Vamble prohibits access by any individual or entity listed on sanctions lists, including, without limitation, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (“SDN List”), or any successor list, the European Union Consolidated Financial Sanctions List or any successor list, the United Kingdom sanctions list maintained by HM Treasury’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”) or any successor list, and any other applicable sanctions, denied-party, restricted-party, or embargo-related list maintained by the United Nations or other competent authority or any successor list.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for ensuring they are not prohibited by sanctions or export laws in their own jurisdiction or by Vamble’s policies.
4. EXPORT CONTROLS
Vamble’s services and technology may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to restricted countries, persons, or entities.
5. UPDATES
This statement may be updated as laws or sanctions change.
