XVI. TAX POLICY & REPORTING NOTICE

Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this Tax Policy & Reporting Notice to describe, at a high level, User responsibilities and Vamble’s potential reporting and withholding practices. This Notice is for informational purposes only and does not create obligations beyond, or limit rights granted under, the Terms (including the Wallet & Funds Terms).

1. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for their own tax obligations; see Section V. 14 (Taxes and Withholding) for controlling terms on withholding and reporting-related payout restrictions.

2. VAMBLE’S REPORTING OBLIGATIONS

Vamble may be required to report User winnings or payments to tax authorities in certain jurisdictions (e.g., IRS in the US).

Where legally required, Vamble:

1. will request taxpayer identification (e.g., SSN, EIN, or foreign equivalent) and provide appropriate tax forms (such as Form 1099 in the US).
2. may delay or condition the payment of certain winnings, Prizes, or withdrawals on receipt of accurate taxpayer identification or other information necessary for tax reporting or withholding.

3. WITHHOLDING

Any tax withholding (including optional withholding where permitted and mandatory withholding where required by law) and any related payout restrictions are governed by the Wallet & Funds Terms and other applicable provisions of the Terms. This Notice summarizes those practices and does not limit Vamble’s rights to apply withholding or restrict payouts where required or permitted.

4. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Users outside the United States are responsible for any tax due in their country of residence. Vamble may cooperate with foreign tax authorities as required by law.

Vamble does not provide tax advice. Users should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their own obligations.

6. UPDATES

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
