I. USER AGREEMENT

This Agreement is effective as of January 8, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement, together with any terms, policies, rules, disclosures, notices, addenda, and exhibits that it incorporates by reference (collectively, the “Terms”), governs your access to and use of Vamble, Inc.’s products and services, including its websites and applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Player,” “Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and Vamble, Inc. (“Vamble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You and Vamble may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”

The Terms are intended to be practical, fair, and enforceable so the Platform can run reliably and safely. Vamble may update the Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and as described in the Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS.
